Print out this chart to record your daily support color.  
 
We use this with our AO Scanner. 
 
When you do an inner voice scan you will recieve a report 
that has your custom tones and it will also state your support color. We choose to use the lowest Frequency Support Color. When you do a scan this is the color that is on the left in "pulse tones" or when your are in "classic tones" it would be the one on the bottom.
 
We have found it is so interesting to keep track of each day.  Print out for each month and Track your emotions by color.  This is a fun way to apply color to your day and feel in tune with your emotions on a different level. 
 
You can use crayons, color pencils, or water colors to fill in the color.   Be creative!
